Q:	If it is free to me, how do you get paid?
A:	The property owners or their agents pay us out of their normal marketing budget.
Q:	Do the houses cost more if I use your service?
A:	No. Rental rates, just like sales prices, are established by market forces. A house does not suddenly become worth more just because you choose to have professional help.
Q:	What types of rent homes can you help me find?
A:	We locate single family homes, duplexes, 3 and 4 plexes, townhouses and condominiums in and around the D/FW Metroplex area.
Q:	Do you also offer apartment locating?
A:	No. There are several companies that offer apartment locating services in this area. If you are sure you would prefer to live in an apartment complex for now, we suggest you contact one of them. If you change your mind, let us know.
Q:	How fast can you find me a rent house?
A:	Let us know how fast you need to move. On average we can have every thing done and the keys in your hand in only a few days.
